All physical item previews, winning lot removals, and local asset drop-offs take place at our main facility. Please do not arrive at the facility outside of the official scheduled Friday and Saturday auction pickup windows unless you have a pre-approved appointment confirmed by management.

### 3. COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSE TIMES
To keep our warehouse logistics running smoothly, we handle a high volume of assets weekly. Please adhere to the following communication guidelines:
* **Bidding Questions:** If you require additional photos or clarification on an active auction lot, please contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours before that specific auction cycle closes. We cannot guarantee a response on individual lot conditions once the final countdown clock has entered its closing day.
* **Late Pickup Approvals:** As outlined in our Bidder Terms, if you cannot make the mandatory 48-hour Friday/Saturday pickup window, you must call or email Ken Corbin *before* the Saturday deadline closes to request a late alternative option.
* **Email Response Window:** Our technical support team monitors the server inbox daily. You can generally expect an email response within 12 to 24 hours.
